Vehicle Detail
Here is a rarely found (in this condition), RR County Classic. This vehicle has only had 2 owners, and never been wrecked. This has also never been smoked in, and wants a true enthusiast to continue the ownership tradition. I have owned this vehicle for three years after it sat up for a couple years in storage. The paint needs to be updated due to the fact it was stored in direct sunlight for 2 years. The only things other than normal wear/tear of 18 years are the driver side center console leather border that has curled from sunlight (it may not bother many, but it bugs me). The seats have no rips/tears, but do show wear on the driver's side. I have rubber Rover mats for all floorboards (shown in one photo) to continue protecting the interior. Many upgrades have been added to increase the overall performance and appearance like the Old Man Emu 3" lift kit that includes Extra HD springs on F&R. Multiple other upgrades have been made internally that were done by one of my best friends and previous owner. I will be glad to ask him about anything else, but I know the lift and tires were over $2500 right before I bought it. There are also front and rear racks added as well as the roof rack for the safari appearance. There is not another rover in this area that looks as good as this, especially for being 18 years old! It is ready to go, unless you insist on painting the exterior first (I was planning to do so this Holiday Season)...You absolutely must drive this thing to see what I am talking about! You can easily cruise the interstate or hit the trails without any repairs to be made (as it sits)!!! The only body damage is on the right rear quarter panel that occured while parked. Everything works throughout the entire Rover, especially the heated seats and all interior/exterior lighting. The only things to my knowledge that do not work are: -sunroof motor (very inexpensive, but have not done so) -cruise control (have not done the research necessary to repair) -front cigarette/aux outlet (just a fuse I have not replaced) I have added several thousand dollars to maintian the necessary schedule of upkeep, including: -brand new pads and rotors (less than 6 mos. and 1500 miles old) -transmission service and cleaning flush (end of this past summer) -new BF Goodrich All-terrain tires (less than 2000 miles) -brand new gold level battery (last month) -vacuum hose repair -entirely new a/c compressor and re-work (this past summer, and it blows SO cold!) -rear hatch pneumatic hold for left side (still in box ready to go!) -upgraded stereo system to replace the factory (just before i purchased the Rover), but it could still use some upgrading -tinted windows to further protect the interior My mechanic works on many Rovers, and recently told me that this thing has no mechanic issues that he can forsee in the future, and has many many long days ahead of it. I will be willing to show this locally, and allow you to drive it for yourself! If you have any questions, please let me know as I would like to help as much as possible. I hate that I have to sell it, but we really don't have the room for it anymore...Good luck, and hope you get a chance to drive this truly unique Rover!
