YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1986 CORVETTE WITH ORIGINAL EDELBROCK TUNED ENGINE. I purchased this corvette at the beginning of 2009 with the intention to refurbish it to its original state. It was sitting in my garage since then. Lack of time as well as a second child in the family crossed my plans with it. Mechanically, this car is in very good condition. The engine, as I mentioned above, runs perfectly, sounds very good, and there has not even been a drop of oil from underneath it. Electrically, everything works perfectly as well; the electric windows, all the gauges, even the automatic antenna. This car has never experienced an accident, which I know from checking CarFax before I purchased it. The body of the car, on the other hand, has a few minor issues. There is one scratch on the rear right corner, the windshield has a crack, and the removable top also has a crack (which can all be seen in the photos). Other than that, everything else is in good condition. The interior needs complete rework, in my sole opinion. Everything is original, but time has worn out the interior. There are no cracks on the dashboard, or the front panel. The door panels need some work, but they are still holding together fairly well. The rear carpet needs to be changed because it is totally worn out. Tires are in good shape. I also put in a brand new battery last week.
