I'm selling my Firebird project car. I don't really want to, but money for school is more important and time is short. It needs a flywheel, which I have. It needs a windshield, which I do not have. I no longer have a place to work on the car and I can't afford to pay someone else to do it. The motor is a .030 Chevrolet 350 with flat top pistons, 58cc heads, 1.6 rockers, Torker II intake, Holley 650, HEI, dual-row roller timing chain, high-flow aluminum water pump, Hedman headers and y-pipe, and a high volume oil pump. The cam has .520/.544 lift with the 1.6 rockers, the duration is 234/244 at 050 inch lift. The car sounds awesome. The next small budget engine I build will be an exact clone of this one. The trans is a 700R4 with a 2800 stall converter and a vacuum operated torque converter lockup. The muffler is a Hooker Aero Chamber. The car has 4-wheel disc brakes with new drilled/slotted rotors, new pads, a remanufactured master cylinder, new proportioning valve and remanufactured calipers. No A.I.R. and no cat. A/C is still installed and it worked last time I checked, but may need a charge. The interior is okay for its age. It's all there, it's just not all perfect. The body has dents and dings, some rust in a few spots. For a Central New York car the body is in pretty decent shape. Especially when you consider most cars don't even last 20 years around here as a result of the salt that is used on the roads. A previous owner undercoated the car and it has done a good job at keeping rust at bay. The undercarriage isn't rust free, but there are no rot holes. I can't even remember everything I've done to this car. I have thousands into it and I am prepared to take a huge loss. I have many parts that go along with the car including tubular control arms and panhard bar, a timing gear drive, T/A tail lights and wiring harness, extra T-Top glass (Lexan) and more.
