1974 Ford 4x4. 390 ci, 4 speed. Very dependable and straight truck. I have owned this truck for 15 years and am only selling it because I bought a diesel crew cab. I believe that I am the third owner and that the mileage is correct at 116xxx. The original owner worked at Bonneville dam and had a camper on the truck that he lived in right at the dam. The truck runs great and drives nice. It has excellent tires. I just put a new distributor and control module in it about 5 miles ago. It has its original paint which shows well until you are up close, no cracking or crazing just old. It has peeled a little on the cowl on the drivers side that you can see in the pictures. It would be an easy repaint. I had it parked pointing down hill and had a couple of pieces of steel in the box and when the box filled with rain water the steel rusted and stained the inside of the box. The box floor has surface rust only nothing major. The entire truck is rust free to the best of my knowlege except the bottom of the passenger fender which has a few LITTLE pin holes where mud had collected. The four wheel drive system works excellent and it has Warn industry hubs. The lights and all of that stuff works. The radio has a cheap speaker but it works as does the cassette player. It has a heavy duty rear bumper with a built in hitch and is wired for towing. The tie downs on the box sides are nice. The tail gate is not latching completely for some reason probably an easy fix or maybe even just lubrication. It has great side mirrors for towing. The windshield has a crack in the lower corner which won't grow any bigger. It has two gas tanks and the switch and gauge work as they are supposed too. The headliner is good as are the door panels. The seat has a cover on it and the seat under the cover is in good shape just needs covering. Nice grille, bumper, and side trim. It has power steering and power brakes. Based on other vehicles I have helped ship this should probably ship to the east coast for about $850.00 but buyer should obtain their own quote.
