Up for sale is a 1953 Ford F-100 standard cab truck. No motor or tranny. The cab is straight but has rust. The left rear has been hit at one point and is bent but is repairable. That I know of, this truck originally had come from Missouri. Good parts truck. No title, bill of sale only. Sold-as-is, where-is. Please read all terms BEFORE bidding. If you plan to finance, please make sure your financial institution accepts this aged vehicle and its mileage, and arrange financing before bidding. 9. I cannot accept any bid retractions in the last 24 hours of the auction. 10. This vehicle is sold “as-is, where-is”, with no warranties expressed or implied. 11. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle, but shall not be held responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and make no warranty in connection herewith. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the bidder’s responsibility to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him or herself as to the vehicle’s condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment only. 12. I assume no responsibility for any repairs that were made prior to sale of this vehicle. I will not make repairs nor will I pay you for any repairs after the sale. 13. Final or closing bid price does not include any documentation, shipping, travel, taxes, title, or registration fees. Buyer is responsible for any applicable title transfer fees, as well as federal, state, or local taxes, personal transportation costs, or shipping expenses resulting from the sale. This means simply if you are out of state you will pay applicable fees in your state 14. Know and understand what you are buying before you bid. 16. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted. 17. Non-paying bidders, unqualified bidding, bid shielding, auction interference, or any type of harassment will be dealt with according to eBay Rules, local law, and may include, but not limited to legal action and applicable fees, loss of deposit, or any other necessary expenses. 18. Placing a bid or offer on this vehicle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and acknowledgement that the bidder has read and understands all the information presented. If needed get your better half or the decision maker to read along too so it is alright with them. 19. International bidders: If you are outside of the USA, you must make sure all funds are exactly equal to what the selling price of the car is. The buyer is solely responsible for all fees for fund conversions between the USA and their own country. The car and title will be held for 30 days for international funds to clear. All bidders must meet all auction requirements. Payment Terms 1. The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours after the auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. 2. Full payment must be made within 72 hours NO EXCEPTIONS 3. Payment can be made by certified bank check only. Shipping Terms 1. Purchaser to arrange for and pay any shipping costs. 2.
