Up for sale is My 57 GMC Shortbed Big Window Resto-Rod. Hard to find "Jimmy" (with one-year-only grill), not the Common Chevy seen everywhere. Frame off restoration. Has Upgraded frame w/camaro clip and 12 bolt open rear w/highway gear. 305 w/200 r4 overdrive. I Replated the Nose Chrome instead of painting it as some others do. This Nose Gives the GMC it's distinctive character over the Chevy. New/replaced Parts include: Frame/w camaro clip and 12 bolt rear end, Driveshaft, Ujoints, yoke, Rear springs, Brake lines, Brake hoses, Wheel cylinders, calipers, pads, shocks, headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers,Motor and Mounts, transmission x member, transmission, linkage, lokar trans dipstick, intake, reman. carb, hoses and belts, battery box, batt cables, brake booster and master, brake pedal, tilt column, steering wheel, seat, carpet, door panels, Headliner, Headlight buckets, Bulbs, and Bezels, Glove box, Glove box door, door handles in and out, window cranks, armrests, mirrors inside and out, electric wiper motor, firewall pad, kick panels w/speakers, windshield and gasket , side and vent glass, chrome frames for vents and side glass, chrome division bars and channels, weatherstrip, rear ZR 1 roll pan, spray in bedliner, Paint and Bodywork, stainless hardware throughout, Complete Wiring harness, New Gauges and billet bezel, Billet colun drop, All Fresh Chrome, TA Radials, Outlaw 1 wheels and lugs. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. Truck is a Nice Driver, Not Show Quality, but shows well at cruise nights here. Paint has minor imperfections, once again Not Show Quality. Truck runs and drives good, especially on the highway. Truck has a few Minor Issues, but is very Driveable as is. I Spent some 15k plus 7 months Full Time Hours building it.
