The Vehicle..........1998 Volvo V70 AWD Wagon in black with a black interior. This All-Wheel-Drive, 7 passenger, Volvo wagon is in overall EXCELLENT CONDITION and RUNS BEAUTIFULLY. Features include all wheel drive, 5 cylinder engine, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, tilt & telescopic steering wheel, delay wipers, am-fm CD stereo, alloy wheels, privacy glass, and much more. It's Condition..........EXCELLENT! The engine runs smoothly with no skips, noises, or vibrations. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears, and all other mechanical systems seem to function properly. Recent maintenance includes new cam seal, driveshaft coupler, center bearing, exhaust joint, oil change and safety check. The timing belt was changed on time. The e-brake does not hold. The interior is very good. There are no worn, torn, or stained areas on the seats, carpets, or headliner. The leather seats are soft and comfortable. The driver’s seat shows some wear (see photo). All other interior panels look good. The paint and body are excellent too. There are no big dents, rusted areas, or serious scratches anywhere on the body. The paint appears all original, and has an outstanding shine. The rear liftgate needs a prop rod to stay up. There is a 20% tint on all side and rear windows. This car drives and handles beautifully with no shakes or vibrations. The all-wheel-drive function has been tested and works perfectly. While I do NOT represent this car to be in "like new" condition, or anything close to that, this is a CLEAN, SOLID, DEPENDABLE and GREAT LOOKING all-wheel-drive Volvo wagon. I believe it will take you anywhere you need to go, and you can expect to get back home without any issues. Things you should know..........I try hard to accurately describe all of my cars. The description is the result of a short test drive over varied road surfaces and a visual inspection while the vehicle is parked. I am not a mechanic and I do not guarantee that my description of problems (if any) is accurate or complete, but I try very hard to be thorough and honest, and my reputation reflects that effort. Please remember that these are used vehicles and you should expect a normal amount of wear for the year and mileage, but any serious known flaws would be noted above. This Volvo will not pass MA inspection (e-brake and 20% tint), but is perfectly legal in CT, NH, ME, and most other states.
