1986 Porsche 944 Up for sell is one of my favorite cars of all time! I am the 3rd owner on this beautiful car and I bought it from a good friend of mine who was the head Porsche mechanic at a local dealership. The car is ALL original (except the radio and normal maintenance items). It is all there and not hacked up or destroyed in any way! It has been well taken care of and is in very good shape for it's age. Interior Carpet and floor mats are brown and in very good condition Seats are leather and in very good shape (driver's side does have a tear in the middle of it, all others are almost perfect) Dash has a crack in it on the top (as most of them do this age), I do have a new dash cover for it that will go with the car Steering wheel is leather and in pretty good shape (has wear and tear near the top) Door panels and headliner are all in perfect condition (no issues) Rear hatch area is in great condition as well, still has the roll out cover and the sunroof storage bag as well (sunroof bag is black in color) Tool kit and Air Pump go with it also Power windows Power mirrors Power sunroof Power locks (non operational) All accessories in the cockpit are working (except for the clock and locks) Brand new Kenwood radio/cd/mp3 player, iPod hook up and wireless remote control Brand new Infinity Kappa speakers also Exterior Gold in color (paint is in pretty good shape for it's age, probably about a 6 or 7 out of 10) Body is in very good shape (no rust at all), does have a few dings and paint chips, passenger fender has small dents (nothing too bad though) Wheels are original Fuchs style Tires are in great shape with plenty of tread left (put on about a year or so ago, but not many miles) All windows are tinted black and no issues at all with the tint All lights are operational (as are the pop-up headlights), not busted, cracked or missing) Drivetrain Engine is all original and has no problems at all (does have a new distributor cap and rotor button) K & N air filter (new) New radiator hoses (upper and lower) AC has been converted to the newer standard Clutch is in good condition and has no problems Clutch master and slave cylinders have been replaced Transmission has no issues and works fine (although there is slop in the shifter, maybe a bushing kit will help here) Suspension is in good working order as well (could use some new brake pads though) No warranty (written or implied) comes with the vehicle, I have been very honest in the description of the vehicle and if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to ask! Car is for sell locally as well so auction may end at any time.
