Selling my 97 Tacoma 4wd with 123k miles. As you can see from the pictures is is very clean. No rust. Truck will pass any inspection fine. No holes in exhaust. Tires are almost brand new. Truck has air conditioning and front locking hubs. Comes with a tool box in the bed. Truck has a CD player with some 6x9 boxes behind the seat for better sound. Truck does not leak any oil or fluids. I just spent $100 on a complete tune up I did myself 3 days ago to include Purolator air filter, pure one oil filter, valvoline synthetic oil, and bosch 4 prong spark plugs. So it is ready to go for next owner. The interior is in excellent condition with no tears, stains, or burns. There is no rust on the truck at all and no tow hitch. So you dont have to worry about the tranny being worn out for years towing things. The truck really moves and has a lot of pick up. Only two things about the truck to fault are one the sliding window lock is broke and the paint on the hood is starting to fleck off. I believe it was from the previous owner keeping the truck outside from the extreme heat and cold each year. Its not terrible but just want to make note of it. I have had emails asking about scratches. Please keep in mind the truck is 13 years old, not 3. Also I forgot to note one more thing is I bought the truck from a guy that worked in downtown DC that worked for the treasury dept. He sold it to me because he never drove it since moving from Arlington VA to DC and just used his bike to get to work. He told me that when he registered the truck in DC he got the title back stating 177k for the mileage which was read incorrectly by the dmw and was supposed to be 117k. They had mistaken a 1 for a 7. When I looked at the carfax when I bought it, it made sense to me looking at his previous mileage reporting. He didnt drive 70k in 2 years. Arlington, VA to DC is 10 minutes max. There are over 50 people now that have it on there watch list so I am sure it will come down to people bidding last minute. I now have the truck listed locally and have 3 people coming to look at tomorrow so this auction may end early.
