Thanks for visiting and good luck.*** Selling my 1968 Plymouth Sport Satellite convertible to clear out some room in the garage. Car is an excellent project for someone that does not want a major Rustoration. Car runs and can be lot driven, has a sound body, and is complete. Perfect candidate for a GTX convertible clone as it has most of the GTX options (grille, tailpanel, taillights, woodgrain interior accents). 318 2bbl automatic can easily be replaced by a big block engine without changing the K-frame. Exterior Body is very solid and straight for a 40+ year old car. Car was originally light green poly and the red/black paint job is badly oxidized and discolored. Rust is bubbling in the bottom of the left front fender and lower front corner of the drivers door. Rear quarters are rusted through in front and behind the rear wheels as well as along the top of the wheel opening. Under the hood, inner fenders, radiator support, and cowl are all rust free with no damage. Trunk floor is pitted with some small rust holes, but mostly very solid. Would recommend patching the trunk floor instead of replacing it. Chrome convertible trim is nice. Convertible top is dry and brittle with split seams. Rear window is intact with no damage. Front windshield is cracked and all other glass is good. Interior Black bucket seat interior is in good shape with some split seams. Steering wheel is solid with no cracks. All dash components are in remarkable condition, including the dash pad and padded trim. Front floor pans are rusted from a leaking convertible top. Fortunately, rear floor pans and drain area around convertible opening are all rock solid. New carpet installed. Wheels & Tires Magnum 500 Road Wheels are in nice shape. Tires are weather checked and will need replaced. Title Car has a clear Wyoming title in my name. Fender tag is still on the car. Winning bidder to provide $500 deposit with balance due in 7 days.
