This SUV is in excellent condition. It needs nothing. It was owned by an ederly gentleman who no longer drives due to health reasons. During his ownership the vehicle was meticulously maintained and always garaged. There is one very subtle dent on the right front fender. If it wasn't pointed out to you, you might not see it. On the right rear quarter there is a paint chip (no dent) about the size of a match head. Otherwise the exterior of this vehicle is very clean. All the glass is in excellent condition. I've driven this vehicle about 100 miles and I can tell you there are no mechanical issues. Not one. It drives straight down the road with no unusual squeeks, rattles or noise. The transmission works perfectly and shifts properly. All accessories are in proper working order, even the rear wiper which is so often a problem in these vehicles. The interior is in perfect condition with the exception of one area in the fabric of the rear seat back (see photo). The tires are in good condition. The front tires have approximately 8/32 of tread and the rear have approximately 6/32. This vehicle has absolutely no leaks and has a very clean undercarriage. It has been a southwest owned vehicle from new. Both front half shafts were just replaced at the 97,000 mile mark as were the front shocks. I encourage serious buyers to come see and drive this vehicle or have it inspected before bidding. You'll find it is exactly as I've described. I require a $500 non-refundable deposit via PayPal withing 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remainder must be paid within 7 days of the close of the auction via direct wire transfer or with cash when the vehicle is picked up.
