1983 Mercedes 380SEC, don't let the miles scare you. It runs strong, shifts great and the front end feels more like a 50k mile car. The good: Recent drive shaft with center carrier and u joints, tires new in March 2010 with a low mileage excellent set of original wheels, great body (wish mine were in as good a shape), new brake pads all around, new front calipers and rotors, new master cylinder this morning, climate control works including cold air. This car drives as if it had 1/4th the miles. Come take it for a test drive, I'm confident you'll be impressed. The less than good: rear seat back needs repair or replacement with one from a wrecker, all of the other leather trim is in solid shape but, could use to be re-dyed, interior color is parchment. Cruise control is inop, rear left power window doesn't work, dash lights are inop, power antennae is inop. Will need a new rear window seal in the near future. This car presents its self well and has been a great daily driver for me for the last year. I'm selling as I wanted a sedan and have purchased a 380SE euro to replace the SEC. I'd be happy to take more pictures of anything you'd like to see. Undercarriage of the car is very solid.
