1964 Porsche 356 c/sc Euro Coupe Survivor 1964 Porsche 356 c/sc Euro Coupe Survivor True Pasadena California Black Plate 356C still on the original California pink slip. Driven by a little old man from Pasadena then put away in dry storage in 1984. Found in 2008 and put back into service. This great old Porsche runs, drives, starts and stops very well. It is an original un-restored European model complete with unique heating system including solid euro heat exchangers and European lights. While this is a 356 C it is badged SC and the engine shroud is painted as an sc. The 356 has great power and presumably it was rebuilt to sc specifications back in the day. This outstanding survivor was repainted one time before it was stored in 1984 in the original signal red. The paint still presents very well and does have some small nicks and chips that have been touched up. There are some very small bubbles on the bottom of the doors. These appear to be very minor however I feel they should be mentioned. This 356 retains all of its original panels, solid original floors and battery box. The interior is 100% original and in great shape. The dash is the original paint. Being 46 years old some of the vinyl has shrunk and wrinkled a bit and the carpet while excellent shows its age. If you are looking for an original unmolested 356c with great patina this is it. The repaint in the original color was done prior to 1971. The dash paint is still original.The engine was rebuilt about 20,000 miles ago as documented in the old log book and the long term owner's testimony. This 356 runs and drives great and was always maintained. This is an ORIGINAL UNRESTORED CAR not an old rusty tub that was brought back from the dead. It should also be pointed out that the gaps are excellent throughout. I expect a 356C of this condition and originality to fetch $35,000-$40,000 Thanks for looking.
