Up for sale today are 2 international scouts that i bought to fix up but have decided to pass them on. The first (blue) is a 1962 it has the rare sliding windows that were only found on the 60-61 and very few 62 years the body is in pretty good shape aside from the rockers they are rusted it is totally complete motor tranny and all the tail gate and quarter panel are in the back this one was sitting in a barn for about 30 years i got the original 1973 title and the title looks new it DOES NOT RUN OR DRIVE i have never messed with getting it running. Next is the 1964 (brown) it is complete as well the doors are in the rear now this one has had some work done to it by the previous owner the body was taken off the frame and the frame was bead blasted and painted black as well as all the suspension parts and bumpers the motor was overhauled 3 years ago and maybe has 10,000 on it and thats probably saying too much cause the old man never drove it the tranny and transfercase have all new seals done by the guy i got it from he did the frame work and the seals and stuff the guy before him did the motor work it hasnt ran in 6 months it needs tranny fluid put in the guy i got it from was going to put the body off the 62 on the 64 cause the 64 has ALOT of rust the main structure is good but the body panels are bad the motor looks pretty good its clean the whole under side is clean clean it looks nice between the 2 and a little time you could have a real nice scout these are both 4X4 the 62 says all wheel drive on the side they have all thier badges and everyhting i was told, i never looked but theres alot of parts inside of each the blue one has the grill in it and it has a gold IH emblem done know if that is rare or not both have good clean titles and both are low milage.
