Up for auction here is a 1946 Pickup Project that is running and driveable, but still needs work. Please be aware that the engine and drive train are all Ford, but the cab is a 1946 International. Not sure about the frame, but it may also be the original 1946 International. There is no title or registration of any sort. I will only include a bill of sale. It can be driven short distances and on a trailer. The Engine is a rebuilt 1953 Ford 239ci. Brand New updated water pumps with new style bearings. This Flathead runs strong and NO SMOKE!!!. It has a Fenton dual carb intake manifold and matching fuel block, pair of Edmunds cast aluminum air cleaners on top of two holley 94's, (set of 4) Firestone 15 inch Firestone whitewalls that have rarely seen the road, rear airbags, updated fuel tank with electric fuel pump, custom built radiator with electric fan, clean 1946 Ford steering wheel. As you can see the cab has been chopped and the frame notched. The rear end is a later Ford 8 inch. Rear hydraulic brakes are good, with brand new master cylinder. I will include the windshield window frame, it is not yet installed. The trans is also a 1953 Ford 3 speed with manual overdrive, just needs to be hooked up. It will need a clutch disk soon.
