Although I had several interested bidders on the previous listing, the car did not meet the reserve. I have relisted this MGB and lowered the reserve along with adding a "Buy It Now" price. Also, the car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. 1975 MGB Roadster, 71,105 original miles, no rust, very nice condition, always garaged, rare "butterscotch" color. Original factory equipment includes: 4 cylinder engine, 4 speed transmission, bucket seats, AM/FM radio, factory gauges, original tonneau cover (rare) that zips out around the driver, original boot cover for convertible top (rare), rally wheels, tire jack assy and many other extras. I am the third documented owner and have owned this beautiful car for the past 17 years. I have the original owners manual, dealer order form, owners guides and service records with owners history. This is an exceptional example of a very well cared for MGB. All of the equipment works, including the radio, wipers, gauges, heater, lights (including the interior and trunk lights), turn signals and even the cigarette lighter (for the cell phone) and seatbelt warning light. The interior is very good with no rips or tears. The dash gauges and bezels are excellent. The top of the dash has a small crack near the center (which was common for these cars). There is currently a replacement dash cover, but it has not been glued down as I did not want to ruin the original. The car still has the original tonneau cover, which is very rare. It is in excellent condition and does not show wear. Also, the original factory boot cover for the convertible top is very good as you can see in the pictures. The convertible top is in good condition, but the rear windows shows some discolorization and glazing. The paint is original and in very nice condition, given it's age. The car is rust free and solid. The trunk area is original and immaculate with NO RUST. The car has recently had an engine check and maintains correct compression and oil pressure. Also, within the past year the car has had the following done: New tires with less than 200 miles; new windshield w/ wipers; new battery; complete brake job (power front disc brakes), including master cylinder, front calipers, disc pads, rotors turned, rear drums turned, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and brake lines. The stainless side moldings show some very small marks, but I have a complete set of replacement moldings that will go with the car. I also have several other extra MGB parts and manuals that will go with the sale. I have owned this car for the past 17 years and it has been very well maintained and is probably one of the the best conditioned MGB "drivers" available. It starts at the first click and runs smoothly. It is a great car that is fun to own and drive. It is only being sold due to lack of garage space, as I have purchased another classic car.
