Revised Listing - Car will be sold to highest bidder. I am not selling this before auction end - please don't ask. You are bidding on a beautiful 1979 Porsche 930 with less than 27000 miles. I have owned her since December of 2001 and she has been an absolute joy to drive. I have performed a few upgrades including a "930 S" Steering Wheel, Upgraded turbo and Stainless Steel Headers and Exhaust System and Kolken Intercooler. I have the originals that will be given to the winning bidder. The car does have a sunroof and it works properly. The electric windows do operate but they are a little sluggish. There are three dints, one is on the drivers side door, One on the driver's side fender and lower driver's side fender. They are small and can only be seen at certain angles. The wheels are original and have brand new Michilen Pilot Sport tires mounted with less than 600 miles. This car has never been tracked or raced and I have never had her out in the rain. As you can see by the pictures this is a truly stunning super car of the past. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. I have had several emails and calls regarding the vehicle and want to give everyone as much information as I possibly can. Service Information: The vehicle was originally purchased by a gentleman named Fink in Arlington, VA on May 3rd of 1979. The only stamps that are in the warranty book are the delivery stamp followed by a oil change on 3-14-94 at 12189 and oil change on 11-15-96 at 12754. One last stamp on 11-15-96 for brake fluid removal at 12754. It appears to me that possibly the second owner was the person that had the service done in the 90's. I have receipts for service at 12586 in 1996 (car wouldn't start) and replaced relay. At 12754 rocker panels were repainted and oil changed. 12902 in 97 fixed oil leak, heater/ac fix. 12908 various service including updated chain tensioners and refinish engine lid. This is all the service information that I have regarding the vehicle. I purchased it with 18K and performed all service myself which was basically just oil changes every year. I can email pictures of the receipts, just let me know. Paint: Several people have inquired if the paint was original. Well according to the receipts that I have, the paint is not original. I am not a Porsche or paint expert all I can say is that I have not had any paintwork done and according to the receipts that I have there has been some paintwork done to the vehicle, but I don't know if any additional work has been done that I have no record.
