1997 Honda Accord Wagon EX Hello, This is a one of a kind 1997 Honda Accord EX Wagon. It only has 51,7XX miles on it. The car has had 2 previous owners. I recently purchased it in Ft. Myers Florida from a 78 yr old woman whose husband recently passed away. The original owner is her close friend who lives 3 houses away. They both live in a retirement community. The car has lived in Ft. Myers its entire life. The owners were both very attentive and kept the car covered and in great condition. The women I purchased the vehicle from is no longer driving and wanted to purchase a golf cart to get around the retirement community. Before I purchased the vehicle I ran a Carfax on the wagon and it is totally clean. The original owner owned it from 1997-2006 and it had 30,677 miles on it when the second owner purchased it. The second owner put 20,000 miles on it from 2006-October 2010. I purchased the vehicle with the intent of keeping it but it is such a nice wagon I think I would rather pass it on to an enthusiast or someone looking for a Honda Wagon but does not have $33,000 to purchase the new Honda Cross-tour. I have watched eBay the last couple weeks and have seen a few wagons sell but none have been as nice as the one I own. Only one has sold recently that is even close to the condition of the wagon I am selling. It sold for $7,200.00 and it had 67,000 miles and was not in as good condition as this one. This wagon is the EX edition with all the power options: The exterior of the vehicle is in great shape. There are no notable dents or dings and the paint on the car still has a great shine to it. The sunroof opens and closes perfectly and does not leak. All the power windows go and down with ease and do not leak. The drivers side window has the one touch down function. All the door locks function perfectly. The A/C blows icy cold. The heat blows hot. The cruise control functions perfectly and maintains a constant speed. The car is equipped with an automatic transmission that shifts effortlessly into all gears. The EX accord was equipped with the more powerful 4 cylinder engine, 2.2 liter VTEC that makes interstate cruising and passing a breeze. The car gets 30mpg on the interstate and 24 in town. The drivers seat has a power up/down button that allows the driver to raise or lower the height of the seat to allow perfect visibility no matter your height. The car is equipped with a factory installed alarm that functions flawlessly. It comes with 2 keyless entry remotes that lock and unlock the doors. The seats are in great condition with little to no wear. The back seats don’t even look like they have been sat in. The front passenger seat does have one small mark. I took a picture of the mark, it’s the size of a pencil eraser and hardly noticeable but thought I should mention it. The car has the factory Honda Accord mats and they look like new. All the door panels are all spotless. The carpets front and rear are very clean. I have taken lots of pictures for you to review. The cargo area is very clean and has no noticeable marks. The car comes with a full size spare tire that doesn’t seem to ever been used. The factory tool kit is included as well the factory jack. The tires are Michelins with a lots of tread left on them. The rims are 15” factory Aluminum wheels without any marks on them. All the rims look new. The car needs nothing and I would not hesitate to drive it to California. I drove it home 350+ miles without any problems. Since I have owned it I have put 1000 miles on the car without any problems, the car is just too nice for my current needs of hauling surfboards and kayaks. Please ask all questions before bidding.
