Vehicle Detail
This is a magnificent Tundra with the fewest miles you'll find: less than 42,000. It has been garage-kept since it was purchased, never smoked in, and never used to haul pets. It is in near-perfect condition, with only extremely minor dings and scratches in the paint consistent with very light use. It has a center console with writing "desk", captain's chair cloth seats, and Toyota heavy-duty floor mats front and rear.I only know of a single time it was used to haul a light trailer, but it does come with a Tekonsha trailer brake controller installed, and the factory Class III hitch and towing package. It has the TRD package, which includes the BF Goodrich "Rugged Trail T/A" tires (2 are brand new, 2 are original), Bilstein shocks, tuned springs and struts, wheels, fog lights, and TRD decal kit. There is a factory Toyota bed liner installed, in excellent condition. The truck has always been in southern Tennessee, and shows no salt damage, no hail damage, no rust or paint failure. It has a rubberized coating on the underside of the wheel wellsEach side has a Carr step mounted for easy access The truck was owned by a man who bought it and was taken ill, and unable to drive it. After he passed, it was bought by our father, who has owned it for the last 4 years and put the last 35,000 miles on it. He enjoyed waxing it as much as driving it, and took extremely good care of it. He passed it along to us, but we're selling it due to a change of health and change of lifestyle, and having to get rid of "extra" vehicles. This is the finest Tundra I've seen from this model year. It is as close to a brand-new truck as you will find, with fewer miles than any other similar truck I've seen on eBay. You won't be disappointed. We can deliver it to any of the major cities of the south, including Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Beyond that, the buyer will be responsible for shipping or arranging for transport. On Oct-23-10 at 08:37:12 PDT, seller added the following information: With Warranty! The truck comes with a Vehicle Service Agreement! The Toyota "Certified Gold" Extra Care agreement is still in place and active, good until 100,000 miles or December 27, 2010. The agreement is transferable, and covers towing, "dislocation", and rental car. Also, the truck comes with the factory keyless entry system and heated outside mirrors. It sold new for more than $27,000. I have the original window sheet, all the factory owner's manuals, and some of the dealer's service records. The rear bumper was replaced by my father, not because it was seriously damaged, but because it had some scratches on it and was "less than perfect." The new one, installed by the dealer, is in perfect condition. On Oct-26-10 at 17:56:10 PDT, seller added the following information: I was able to confirm with my father that the "incident" listed on the Car Report was the insurance claim he filed when he replaced the bumper. Neither he nor I know any other time the truck was involved in any kind of accident, or sustained any damage other than a very tiny scratch or minor road ding. Potential buyers would be wise to check a CarFax report (or similar) but I'm confident they will get a clean bill of health on this truck. On Oct-27-10 at 05:16:20 PDT, seller added the following information: Continuing my research, I found that the item in the accident report happened before my father owned the truck. Neither he nor I have any information about that incident, from 3/13/06, Case #:06025927. If I can find out more information, I'll post it here. The truck shows no evidence of an accident to my eye, and he says the same thing about it. Buyers are welcome to have the truck inspected, to purchase a CarFax report, and (if the truck is found to have been involved in anything major) to walk away from the purchase.
