Fully curtained for privacy in toilet area and around entire interior vehicle for sleeping privacy. Many storage cubbies and cabinets with oak doors, electrical subpanel with 12 and 110 volts fuses-circuit breakers and we will also include the original 30 amps Marinco cord and the two wheel water tote. Immaculate interior. Never been smoked in. No pets. All the equipment in the coach and vehicle are in working condition. On the outside of the vehicle the conversion company installed a 30 amps connector with a stainless steel cover, a cable connection, potable water inlet with cover, porch light, double 110 volts outlet with cover and water connector for the grey tank. The vehicle is in great working condition. All the services are up to date. The 360 CID V8 engine runs quietly and the overdrive transmission shifts smoothly and neither have any leaks. The van was upgraded at the factory with a towing package that includes an external transmission cooler as well as a 3.92 gear ratio lock up differential. The 4 tires (Michelin LTX) and the two batteries were installed in the past 1000 miles. It has power windows and locks, 6 way adjustable driver seat, cruise control, electric side view mirrors and front and rear air conditioners, AM/FM Cassette-CD player. The body and chassis show no signs of rust and the paint is very shiny with a very small amount of chips in the hood area that were touched up. We are the third owners and the van has a clear Carfax report (no accidents, etc.) The vehicle has no stated nor implied warranty, it is being sold as-is and it is to be picked up from location in Levittown New York (zip code 11756). Wining bidder will pay a $1000 non refundable deposit via PayPal or bank certified check within 24 hrs of the end of auction and the balance in cash (within seven days) at the time of pick up or title transfer.
