The Mazdaspeed 3's 2.3-liter turbocharged direct-injection four-cylinder engine pumps out an unbelievable 263 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. This turbo engine turns the Mazda3 into a real hot rod, enabling it to sprint to 60 mph in just 5.5 seconds, with a top speed of 155 mph. All that power is sent to the front wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox. A limited-slip differential and an electronic torque limiter are used to enhance traction and minimize torque steer. Launching so much power to the wheels is always exciting, as the turbocharged engine offers tremendous low-end thrust. Turbo lag is virtually nonexistent and this is an easy car to get in and drive fast. Braking performance is outstanding, it resembles super car braking, from 60 mph to dead stop, in only 116 feet. You can go as fast as you can through sweeping turns as you could in more elite rear-drive and all-wheel-drive cars and this thing will stay glued to the road. Thanks to the sport-tuned prodigious midrange torque, stiff suspension and considerable grip. The steering is exceptionally responsive just off-center, which makes flicking through transitions as easy as it is quick. Mazdaspeed pumps out serious torque for a small hatchback. Its sharp handling, impressive stability at high speeds, nicely detailed cabin with reasonable utility makes it a very desirable sports car. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to Precisionautos@Yahoo.com. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of Texas will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Texas will be done by Precision Autos. Temporary Tag (45 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. There will be a $200 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail. Choice of Law & Forum Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and litigated in Richmond county .
