Up for sale is an immaculate, white pearl 1991 twin turbo with 45,694 original miles. I am the second owner, and the car has been doctor-owned since new. The car is completely unmolested, and has been garaged for its entire life. A few details: The exterior I would give a 9.5 out of 10. The only flaw is a few chips in the front left headlight cover, and that's it. Super glossy, beautiful pearl white finish all the way around. Exhaust tips are pristine and polished. Stock white wheels are excellent, one has a small cut on the lip (shown in pictures). Like-new Continental DWS tires all the way around, replaced at 38,000 miles. The interior, a 9 out of 10. Leather inside is nearly perfect, and that includes the driver's seat. The left thigh support has a little wear, but that's it. Carpet is awesome (a coffee stain on the passenger side, yes). I replaced the stock headunit with a Sony headunit, as well as Infinity component speakers in the front doors. I will include the factory headunit as well- it's functional, except for the CD player. All accessories work, except the cigarette lighter. The active exhaust works beautifully, allowing the driver to change the exhaust note at will. The Electronically Controlled Suspension (ECS) also works great- one click of a button, and the car squats down in the turns. The rear wheels also steer, only at 31 mph or above, and articulate 1.5 degrees in phase with the front wheels. The resulting handling during lane changes and in the twisties is superb! . The engine- a 9.5 out of 10. Pulls very strong! No lifter tick, or leaks of any kind. The 60K timing belt/water pump service was done at a dealer in San Antonio, Texas at 30,000 miles, according to the previous owner (due to age more than anything else). The transfer case recall was done in 2002, seals replaced at the dealership. The only mechanical thing I did to the engine was replace all four engine mounts with original OEM mounts (due to the age of the rubber in those mounts). The transmission- a 9 out of 10. Every gear shifts like butter, Royal Purple MaxGear in the case and transfer as well. There is a vibration that happens only at 1000 RPM or at 10 mph, whether in forward or reverse. I suspect either a wheel bearing or an output shaft that needs some greasing. Either way, its not too noticeable, and I always accelerate right past it. I took it to a shop specializing in these cars (in Concord, NC), but they felt that this was not a big deal. I've only had the car one year, and bought it with 35K on the odometer. I will include all manuals, as well as the actual service manuals on this car. I have loved every minute driving her (it was a dream car of mine back in 1990 when I got out of college for the first time!). But, alas, I have to downsize somewhat and get something more fuel efficient. I hope that this car gets another great home and is treated with respect!!!!
