I am offering a 2008 Volvo C70 Convertible with 26320 miles for sale. It is Dark Blue Metallic with Black leather interior. Retractable Hardtop. New Tires. Ice Cold A/C. Automatic. It has the wood grain interior trim that is much more attractive than the silver. The car is in great condition. It is ready to go anywhere! No leaks. A/C blows cold. AM/FM/CD. Heated seats are in excellent condition. Car is under Volvo Factory Warranty until 50K miles or 9/14/2011. No worries! It is a Turbo charged 5 cylinder GASOLINE engine. I don't know why it put diesel in the area above. I am a small pre-owned car dealer in Houston, TX. I have bought and sold cars my whole life and finally decided to get my dealer's license and make a little business out of it and have some fun as I love all types of cars. I only search for very nice, clean, cars to resell. This car can be seen by appointment by calling 713-542-9864 and is in SW Houston, TX. You are welcome to do an inspection on the car if desired at the prospective buyer's expense. Purchasing instructions: I require a $500 deposit by Paypal to secure the transaction within 48 hours of the auction ending. The balance will be due in full when the car is delivered or before and within 14 days of the auction ending by either cash or verifiable bank/cashier's check. If the transaction does not come to a conclusion within 14 days of auction close, the deposit becomes non-refundable. I DO NOT offer any type of financing. You must obtain financing on your own through your bank or credit union. Funds will be verified before release of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for paying Texas Automobile Sales Tax (6.25%) and registration fees at time of sale to 1012 Motorcars. I will register the car and get the license plates and registration documents to you within 21 days of the finalized sale. If you reside outside Texas, you will be responsible for registering and paying taxes in your own state and will not have to pay Texas sales tax or registration. Shipping, Pick ups, warranties, etc.: I will assist in shipping at the buyer's expense. I will be happy to pick you up from either Houston Intercontinental or Houston Hobby airport should you win the auction.
