Up for auction is a 1953 3/4 ton International Harvester L-120 pickup truck. Title says 1953, but there has been speculation as to if it's actually a '51 or '52. Selling as is, and with NO RESERVE. Truck has been stationary since 2007, and the owners family is ready to sell. We are unable to get the truck started due to lack of time/experience. However we had a neighborhood group of guys come over and start the truck in June 2010. They took it around the block and that was it. Apparently it really just needs a basic tune up to get it truly rolling again. Im sure it wouldn't take much, as this truck ran better than our other family cars for six or seven years till 2007. The title shows 58,465 miles, yet the odometer reads 01330.9. Straight six cylinder engine, with 4 speed manual transmission (granny gear included). Interior is in decent shape, dashboard isn't quite perfect (see pics), oil pressure and vacuum gages have been added. Tailgate has grain shute.
