Hello everyone. You are looking at a 1995 Chevy Caprice that I purchased about two months ago. This vehicle has the 5.7 LT1 engine. I was told by the previous owner that this motor ran very strong and was the fastest Caprice he had ever driven. It must have been a good day at the GM plant that day! I planned on using the motor and transmission from this vehicle for a project Nova I had purchased. My plans have obviously changed. I realized I dont have the time to invest in this project so I want to sell it to clear out my garage and back yard before winter sets in. The vehicle will run and drive but needs brakes. The brakes do barely work but they are very weak. I think it needs lines but I am not sure. This was a Police cruiser for a local PD and I can say that I know the vehicle was well maintained. The gray patches on the vehicle are primer from where the antennas, lights, and push bumper holes were patched up. I never drove the car myself except to move it around the yard. It will start no problem as long as the battery is charged up. It runs pretty good. Im sure it would do better with fresh fuel in the tank. I dont know how the underneath of the car looks. It was sitting for a long time prior to me taking possession of it. The interior of the car needs to be cleaned out really well. Its actually not in bad shape except for being dirty. I am mainly selling this vehicle for the motor and transmission however if the buyer wants to make it road worthy I am sure it could be done. Im sure there is plenty of rust under the car but I dont see any leaks. The vehicle will need to be towed to its new home. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. I have a clear title in hand which is still in the previous owners name but has been signed over to me.
