1968 Mustang GT Fastback 302 4V 4 Speed. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Up for auction is a very nice 1968 Mustang GT Fastback 302 “J” code 4 speed. The car has a 302 4V engine and a 4 speed toploader transmission which runs and drives very well. The engine in not numbers matching but is a 1968 block part # C8OE-6015-A with a date code of 8A26 and the toploader 4 speed has a part # RUG-E1. The car came originally with a 3 speed maunal trans from the factory but was changed to a toploader 4 speed by the previous owner. The car has power steering, power disc brakes, 14 inch chrome GT wheels with brand new tires. The car has had both floor pans and the RH rear quarter panel replaced. The body looks good but does have some bondo in the lower portion of the driver side rear quarter panel and some dings and dents. The shock towers and inner aprons are perfect and the paint is nice with a few chips and minor scratches. The car has a nice complete parchment interior with a fold down rear seat, tach and clock (both work) and a nice aftermarket radio. This is a nice complete great running car that is ready to drive and enjoy. I have a clear Michigan title for the car. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or for the additional pictures.
