This is a 67 GTO 2 door hardtop, 400, automatic with His and Hers shifter. It had a recent frame up restoration that was completed in December of 2006. The engine is a rebuilt NOM 400 with #62 heads, matched up to a rebuilt T-400 Tubo hydramatic tranny, with approximately 2400 miles on both since rebuild in October of 2006. The paint has a nice glossy shine, as you can see in the pictures, and the under carriage, trunk and engine compartment are nicely detailed. The body lines are nice and straight. New Bear "Serious-Street' front brakes and new rear drums were installed. New rear air shocks and front shocks. All new tie rod ends. New front and rear bumpers. New head light bezels. New BFGoodrich P235/60-15R RWL tires mounted on Rally 2 wheels. New water pump, fuel pump, hoses and everything else that is required on a engine rebuild, including new H O exhaust manifolds,and an exhaust system that produces a nice deep throaty sound. When the tranny was rebuilt they also installed a new torque-converter. There many other numerous parts and items that were replaced that are just to much to list. The floor pans and trunk pans were replaced also when the frame up restoration was done. The interior is in great shape with new carpeting. and new wood grant steering wheel. This was all done before i purchased this 67 GTO. This GTO drives down the road nice and straight with no problems at any speed. The milage on the odometer shows 5844, but i'm sure it's 105,844, typical for a vehicle of this age. According to the VIN number, this is a PHS documented 400 WT 4 Speed GTO which i was surprised to see when i got the PHS papers back. I was going to put this GTO back to a 4 speed, but other personal issues came up and that is why i'm selling this GTO with a LOW RESERVE.
