Up for your consideration is a 1971 Buick Riviera Boat tail.Options include rare bucket seat option,power drivers side,with center console and floor shifter.This vehicle has a 455 engine and a turbo 400 transmission, not sure if is the original engine.It has A/C,power windows that all work,power steering,power brakes,tilt steering wheel,original am radio,power door locks, rally wheels with the correct R center caps, rally wheel spare tire, original jack, cruise control, and dual exhaust, I am listing this vehicle as a project car because it has been sitting for a few years. It does run and drive, infact the engine & transmission are ok there are no leaks, or does the engine smoke. Now for what it needs : tires are dry rotted from sitting, an exhaust manifold,muffler or mufflers, resonator and pipes look ok, and possibly a rear wheel cylinder. there is some rust on the front passenger side floor, and minimal rust in the trunk where the gas filler neck is. This car shows evidence of body work on the passenger side and what you see in the pics is the way she looks today the pictures were taken on 10/4/10. This vehicle can be put back on the road with little effort or you can restore your preference.Before I fail to mention the interior is near perfect except for the carpeting which needs replacing.
