CLASSIC 1971 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow done in a british green and sage green. Brought over from England in 1979 by Richard Barrett, Song Writer and Music Producer. He wrote the song "Under the Boardwalk", "Why do fools fall in love" by Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers "When will I see you again" by the Three Degrees and many others Mr. Barrett also discoverd these groups along with the Ojays, Little Anthony and the Imperials. They were under his wing throughout their careers. Still has the original door plate with "Frank Dale & Stepsons Farm Lane, London" I bought the Rolls in 1999 from Richard Barrett, and had a new motor put in at a cost of $8,000. Today, she is my daily driver and still has less than 70,000 miles. We have spent alot of money restoring her over the last 10 years. She has been garage kept since I have had her and when Richard acquired her in 1979 she was also garage kept. She has been regularly maintained. New brake lines, brake calipers, and new brake pads installed just last year $3,733.99. New fuel pump 6 months ago $800.00. All suspension and brake components work as they should and vehicle does not sag. New tune up with plugs cap and rotor done 1week ago Shines Beautifully, no rust on the Chrome and The Brighton Work is in excellent condition. Low miles Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow with an Excellent Motor that runs smoothly, along with an Automatic Transmission that works perfectly. The brakes stop the car as designed. The A/C was just serviced and blows Cold, Cold, Cold!!! The heater also works as it should! Her ORIGINAL British Green paint job still shines beautifully, although she has a few minor blemishes. Don't let the two-tone green paint spoil it, we call her money green. Although, I hate to see her go, she has always been my good luck charm. Leather seats, both front and back are in good shape, Tires are in good shape and hubcaps are not dented with curb rash. She has a 10 Disc CD Changer in the trunk, a very large trunk at that. The trunk is in excellent condition, carpeting is all there and looks as nice as the rest of the car. I wanted to include pictures of the trunk but ebay only allowed 24 pictures. She has all original decals and owners manuel. She also has the imfamous side mirrors that sit to the side of the "bonnet" (hood) on the fenders another thing that makes this one unique. Look at the silver shadows on ebay and see how many have mirrors that sit on the fenders like this one. I have done many weddings in this car. Perfect for a bride and groom.
