This is a very nice, soild 1972 Super Beetle. My father In-law passed away and I was asked to sell this by my mother in-law. It runs and drives great. Smooth with no vibrations or issues to speak of. It starts right away and sounds good. There is a folder full of receipts from the previous owner detailing years of service. Lots and lots of new stuff plus it must have been restored at some point. It came from Arizona and then florida its whole life. My father in-law kept it in a garage for as long as he had it .( about 3 years) The odometer states 30,000 and the years of receipts show that most likely it has 130,000 miles on it but It looks like 90% of the car has been replaced at some point. The floor pans are perfect other then there is a small 1 inch by 1 inch hole as pictured under the battery, there is some very minor rust as pictured. It has very good front tires and ok but worn rears. the brakes all work correctly and feel good, it has newer ball joints, tie rods, misc engine seals and parts, new shifter and steering wheel. Firewall is very nice. Please please email me with questions. This isn't my car so I do not know the all of the details that the owner would know. But I can check on things for you and take pictures of whatever you would like more details on . I feel this car is a turn key hop in and go vehicle and would be great for anyone to enjoy. I took it out today and it cruises nicely at 60-65 MPH, I personally would not drive it faster for long periods just because she is 38 years old and I would like to be nice to her. If you win/buy the car you can drive it wide open all the way home and she would most likely be fine. I just feel driving her around town is where she is happiest. I have no idea what kind of MPG she gets. With 60 Horse power your flooring most of the time so the mileage is in your hands. ( or foot).
