Up for sale is my beautiful 1994 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo.This is an original Twin Turbo Automatic Supra that has been converted to a 5 speed manual. The transmission is the W58 out of a non-turbo Supra. The wonderful thing about Supras is that despite being a supercar, they're still a Toyota, so they maintain their reliability. The Supra ushered in a new era of sports car and is still an incredibly potent platform even when compared to brand new cars that are two and three times the price. The 2JZ-GTE motor is famously overbuilt and a few individuals have pushed it to over 1000rwhp on stock internals. Most Supras you will see for sale will likely need attention in a few of these areas, but this car has recently been serviced and all of the wear items common to the Supra have been replaced. All maintenance was performed by Speed Engineering out of Aubrey, TX. Recent Service: Timing Belt Camshaft Seals Crankshaft Front and Rear Main Seals Valve Cover Gaskets Brand new RPS Max Clutch (uprated pressure plate with a new factory disk, excellent drivability and new design that requires less pedal pressure) New Synthetic oil in engine, transmission and differential New Toyota Coolant New upper/lower radiator hoses Rear Wheel Bearings Brand new cross-drilled and slotted rotors with new pads on all four corners Hatchback Bumpstops Eibach Springs with KYB AGX 4-way adjustable shocks (very competent handling, feels great) Exterior: This car was in a mild fender bender a few years ago that required replacement of the front left fender (which is the only VIN sticker missing from the car, the right fender sticker got painted over, but is there). Veilside side and rear skirts were installed at that time with TRD style fender vents and a Wings West urethane front lip. The entire car was resprayed in Royal Sapphire Pearl, which is one of the rarest colors available on the Supra and highly sought-after. I chose the urethane front lip over a fiberglass bumper simply because it is resistant to cracking and is very durable. The wheels were powdercoated gunmetal at the same time to complement the paint color. All doorjambs, trunk, and the sides of the engine bay were painted. The original color was black, and you have to look very closely at the lower parts of the engine bay to tell that the car was resprayed. It presents very well and looks fabulous, especially when you catch the pearl in the paint in direct sunlight. I would rate the paint 7/10 as it does get driven and has some small flaws. A perfectionist would want to have a couple of spots touched up, but the car is very clean overall. Interior: All dash panels were refinished in the color of the 97-98 dash panels to update the interior. The gauge cluster features genuine Toyota white gauge faces. These are rare now, but were available from Toyota when the Supra was new. Alpine Type R 6.5 inch component speakers have been installed in the front doors, with Alpine coaxials in the rear. They are powered by a Pioneer head unit. The factory seats have been replaced with a very supportive set of sport seats. These seats were chosen for the added support and the durable fabric they're covered in. The car has a rear-seat delete simply because the back seat in the Supra is virtually unusable and deleting it gives a good amount of weight savings. The pictures show an Apexi 60mm boost gauge, but it died several months ago. It has been replaced with a very reliable Autometer mechanical gauge. Engine/Drivetrain: Very simple and carefully chosen modifications have been performed to the engine and drivetrain. The restrictive factory airbox was replaced with a K&N filter and cold-air piping. The factory downpipe was replaced with an RMM unit, and the factory exhaust was replaced with an 80mm Apex N1 that gives the famous Supra exhaust note without being obtrusive. The factory sequential turbo setup has been set to true-twin mode where the turbochargers work in parallel. This reduces stress put on the rear turbo by the sequential system valving. The boost level has not been raised, so with these modifications the car puts approximately 320hp to the rear wheels. 380-400hp is very easily attainable with just a boost controller. The factory radiator and fan have been upgraded to a Fluidyne 50mm radiator with a polished aluminum AAP fan shroud with twin electric fans. These do a great job of cooling the car, and the A/C blows nice and cold. The turbos spool perfectly and do not smoke at all. This car drives exactly as a Supra should. The car was originally automatic and has been professionally converted to a 5 speed with all factory Toyota parts. The clutch is an RPS Max pressure plate with their Street disk that is rated to 440 ft. lbs. of torque. Suspension, Wheels/Brakes: As mentioned above, I replaced all four rotors with cross-drilled and slotted units along with new brake pads. Eibach springs and KYB AGX 4-way adjustable shocks keep the car planted. The powdercoated factory wheels have Kumho ASX tires with 75% tread life remaining. Experience: This car has been a joy to drive and will bring many smiles to the next owner. The Supra's timeless design is instantly recognizable and garners respect from enthusiasts of all types. The car turns heads everywhere it goes and is a joy to cruise in, especially with the targa top off. This car needs nothing other than a new owner. Owning a Supra is a unique and satisfying experience that very few get to experience. I encourage you to look at other cars in this price range, as I guarantee you will not find another as sound as this one anywhere near the price I am asking.
