Up for consideration is a 1970 Ford F100 Sport Custom pickup. This short bed truck is great fun to drive as is or would make a great restoration project. It is equipped with a 390 engine and a C6 automatic transmission. I have new spark plugs, points and a carburater kit for it but have not yet installed them. It does run well and the transmission shifts properly. It has a true dual exhaust system and sounds great. It can be very easily upgraded to have power steering and disk brakes by using parts from 1973-1979 Ford F100 and F150 trucks. Their is some rust through on the bed floor and just a little in the floor pans. Otherwise the body is pretty solid and the cab mounts are great. Just about every part that you could ever possibly need for this truck is available from LMC truck. This is a running truck that you can drive and tinker with. The mileage on the odometer reads 52017 however it has most likely rolled over. I do currently have the truck registered and insured and have been driving it. Unless there are bids the truck will also be for sale locally so I do reserve the right to end the auction early.
