If you have been looking for a loaded up Honda Accord and would love to have the rare 6-speed V-6 model then you have got to take a VERY close look at my 2006 EX model. It's got a few extra miles on it but it is a true 1-owner Florida car with full service records and spotless inside and out. If you are familiar with these Honda's then you know that they will run 250k miles and more with very few problems and that along with their great ride has made them a favorite for years. As always I have done an Autocheck report and everything came up great, no accidents or problems and being a true Florida car there is no sign of rust and even the underneath is still nice and clean. The service records show lot's of oil changes, new brakes, sceduled services and even a new clutch. At 94k miles it also received a full tune-up. It drives nice and tight and with the peppy V-6 and 6-speed it really goes and is truly a fun car to drive, and it gets 30mpg! The exterior looks wonderful with no dents, scrapes or fade and it is all original. The factory aluminum wheels are sporty looking and the tires are matching but in fair condition. The interior is spotless and it is a non-smokers car so it still smells nice and fresh inside. There are no stains, rips or odors and everything looks near new all around. Options include navigation, heated leather seats, power sunroof, cd stereo and full power options and everything works great. It also has dual front, side and rear air bags and anti-lock brakes making this a very safe vehicle for your family. The peppy V-6 runs smooth as silk and again has lot's of power and delivers great gas mileage as well. The 6-speed shifts smooth as well and the clutch is easy to push and won't wear out your leg in traffic. It really is a pretty, well cared for Accord and being a 1-owner, no accident, no rust Florida car with great records you are sure to fall in love and you will be in love for a very, very long time! Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. A $300 deposit is required on all vehicles and is non-refundable. Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized reciept proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit and will NOT be charged twice. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. There is NO sales tax collected for out of the country purchases. Buyer assumes the cost of shipping. If you are going to fly in, I will gladly arrange transportation from the Ft. Myers International Airport if you so desire. All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens but in rare occasions there could be a delay in title transfer due to bank delays from loan payoffs.
