1972 Honda XL250

1972 Honda XL250 Motosport In restored condition. This bike needs nothing. VIN tag shows build date of 6-1972. Restored over the last year and runs and rides great. The frame, swingarm, exhaust, gas tank and front fender all have new paint. The tank and fender have two part clear over the original color silver and new decals. The odometer miles may be incorect as the guages look to be off a later (1975?) model. I would guess miles are actually less based on how well it runs and rides but who knows. The bike runs with or with out the battery. The battery is for the lights to operate brighter and not dim at idle. Non stock turn signals are on the bike. This year didn't come with turn signals originally. I don't know if they work as I have been running it without the new battery installed. Included with bike; Clear Oregon title, Brand new un-opened battery, Original owners manual ( cover is worn), Haynes workshop manual. New un-used decals for all the stock oem safety and operating information on the bike. (see picture). The seat is in good condition but has one little hole in the rear right side. Its not in a stress area (see picture). Reserve will be low. so bid to own this restored example of the early XL250 Motosport! Feel free to ask questions.
