If you have been looking for a beautiful older Lincoln Town car with low miles then you need to take a VERY close look at my 1994 Presidential Town Sedan model with only 74k original rust free Florida miles! This car is gorgeous inside and out and drives as tight and quiet as new. This Town car has a clean Autocheck report showing no accidents or problems and it show it to be a true 2-owner Florida car. And being a true Florida car there is no rust and even the underside still looks near new. It still has the factory original dual exhaust that is clean as a pin, you won't see that on a northern vehicle. This body style Town car has always been a favorite as they are so smooth and quiet and ultra dependable and with only 74k original miles this Lincoln has a long way to go. The exterior is gorgeous, there are no dents, scrapes or fade and the paint looks to be all original as well. The vinyl top too looks great with no rips or fade, this car has obviously been garaged. And being the Presidential model all the chrome has been gold plated for a classy look and there are sun shades as well. It also has keyless entry that works. The tires are matching with good tread remaining to help give this Lincoln that smooth and quiet Town car ride people love. Look close at the pictures, it truly is this nice in person. The interior too is in excellent condition and it is a non-smokers car so it still has a nice fresh look and smell to it. The leather seats look near new both front and rear and they are nice and soft as well and the carpets are nice and clean with no stains and little if any wear, again, obviously well cared for. The dash and door panels are in great shape as well. All the power options work great including the air conditioning and Pioneer Cd stereo and there is seating for six adults and a huge trunk. What a pleasure to drive, so smooth and quiet. The peppy V-8 runs smooth as silk and should with only 74k miles and it delivers great gas mileage for a car this size, 25mpg on the highway. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and suspension, all with no problems at all. It truly is a pleasure to drive and as you know, you can't beat the ride. I say this on all my cars, their not new but I can't imagine finding a nicer 1994 Town car. And this one being a 2-owner rust free, accident free Florida Presidential series model with only 74k miles maks this one a rare find. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized reciept proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit and will NOT be charged twice. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.
