We are selling our 1951 pontiac chieftain, except for a few changes this vehicle is all original, all the chrome you see is original, including the engine ,transmission,glass,seats,radio,emblems,body, the motor is a straight 8 - 4.4 liter it is the original motor from the factory, the odomotor reads 45,961 and i have no idea whether that is the actual mileage, the transmission is a hydromatic. The vehicle runs and drives. The carb will need to be rebuilt or replaced. Fuel pump has been cleaned and primed and all fuel lines have been replaced since my previous listing. The paint is a standard blue metallic, and the roof is a white with a pearl clearcoat. Paint isn't perfect, but it's a head turner. Nice enough to take to a classic car show and be proud. The car needs a few more items to be 100% complete, we are missing the headliner,one tail light,one headlight and bucket and a passenger fender chrome moulding. Seats are original. This vehicle is 100% rust free. I have before photos from before paint to prove it. The frame and floor boards are clean! The underneath of the vehicle has been painted with automotive paint and the frames have a standard flat black on them. All glass is original and in beautiful condition. Vehicle is being sold as is.
