1931 Ford Model A 5 Window American Graffiti Coupe. Signed by Paul LeMat, Bo Hopkins, and Candy Clark at the 35th Anniversary Party of American Graffiti in Petaluma, where it was filmed at in 1973. TCI chassis, Rebuilt 350 Chevy motor rated approximately at 400 horsepower with a rebuilt Turbo 400 automatic transmission. Both engine and tranny have approximately 20,000 miles on them. 9 inch Ford rear end with 3:55 gears. Steel car with fiberglass fenders. Disc brakes in the front and drums in the rear. Brakes are all new..Very dependable street rod. B.F. Goodrich 275 60 15 tires in the rear and 205 60 15's in the front. All 4 tires are new. This is a rumble seat coupe. The rumble seat has been removed and has been replaced with a 14 gallon fuel cell and battery box. New Flowmaster dual exhaust. Wheels are rare Ford Steelies with V8 insignia. Mickey Thompson valve covers under the hood. Holley 750 Dominator carburetor. Holley intake too. Car is registered until August 2011 with a clear title in hand. Has California blue and yellow plates from the 70's. It was built in the 70's and refreshed in the 90's. The whole undercarriage has been media blasted and powder coated. Paint is real nice, there is a little bit of orange peel on the top of the rear fenders. Also a very tiny bit of rust by the rubber above the right rear fender where it meets the body..The inner front fenders have a little orange peel caused by heat when the car had headers.. . I would also consider this nitpicking since none of this is particularly noticeable and you would really have to look for it to find it. Just trying to give full disclosure. Comes with hood and sides removed in pics to show off engine. Has a Grant GT steering wheel and custom vinyl seats with cloth inserts.. Interior is really nice. Seats are in excellent shape. Carpeting is decent too. There is a small spidercrack on the windshield on the driver's side as well as one on the corner of the passenger door's glass. Other then that the glass is solid and the windows are tinted. This rod is a daily driver and is a running, driving roadworthy vehicle. And if you are an American Graffiti collector the owner does have all sorts of American Graffiti memorbalia that can be included with the purchase of the vehicle for the right price.
