This is a rare J Code factory 400 cubic inch big block shortbed step side truck. This truck has been in Northern CA its entire life and it is completely RUST FREE. The paint is orignal except for the right rear stepside fender. There are some minor nicks, dings, and scrathces, but the truck still looks great and gets a lot of attention. The 400 big block was rebuilt in the late 80-'s and now has about 70K miles on it. The internals are completely stock but several bolt-on performance parts were added. The truck now has a 4bbl. carb and edelbrock intake manifold, headers and dual exhasuts, upgraded Mopar Performance electronic ignition, as well as vintage M/T vlve covers. The engine runs great, and the 727 automatic tranny shifts great. The truck also has an 3:55 geared sure grip 8 3/4 rear end. Being an Adventurer, the truck is also loaded with A/C (needs a charge), PS, PB (discks in front, drums in rear), front sway bar (also has an aftermarket rear sway bar), and Cruise Control. The truck has 15x8 factory steel wheels painted body color and aluminum dog dish hubcaps. The interior is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, cracks or any other problems. The bench seat was reupholstered in 2005. The gauges all work but since the oil gauge was a little lazy, the previous owner added aftermarket mechanicl oil pressure and temp. gauges. The wood on the bed floor has been replaced as well. The truck runs, drives and stops like a new truck and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere! Truck must be paid for in full and funds must have cleared my bank before it is released. I will only accept a cashiers check from a nationlly established bank. No small local banks please. Full payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. NO PAYPAL! Buyer is to responsible for picking up the truck or having it transported. I cannot make arrangements for you but I am willing to drive the truck to a LOCAL (Sacramneto,CA) depot or terminal as terminal to terminal shipping is usually cheaper than door to door.
