Vehicle Detail

This bike received a ton of interest in its first two auctions. It came very close but failed to meet reserve in each auction. So, I lowered the reserve and decided to re-list it one final time. I received an offer and ended the last auction based on that offer. After I ended the auction and before he travelled to pick up the bike, the buyer lowered his offer and I rejected it. So, this is the FINAL TIME I am listing this bike. Starting bid is $6,200 in this NO RESERVE auction. I love this bike, but I am in the process of buying a house and I'd like to use the proceeds towards a down payment. However, I'm in no rush to sell; I have over $10,000 invested in this bike and I'm not going to give it away. Two weeks ago a very similar Choppahead bobber sold for $7,500 on ebay. If the bike doesn't sell in this auction I'm just going to keep it. Please note that this bike is also locally listed, and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Please see the description below and thanks for looking. Up for auction is my 1967 Triumph TR6R custom bobber. I ordered this bike from Truth and Jay at Choppahead a couple of years ago, and they built this bike from the ground-up at their shop. The bike is featured on their website in the builds section as the "Dirty Fuzz." The bike features a Choppahead weld-on hardtail, custom round oil tank, custom battery box, flat rear fender and custom struts, iron cross points cover, Amal carb, velocity stack, electronic ignition, and spring solo seat. The battery is new and was installed several days ago. During the build the frontend was rebuilt and the gastank was reconditioned. The paintwork is custom; the color could be described as a darker "sky blue". It looks fantastic against the black powdercoat. The flat bars and mid controls offer an aggressive riding position making this bike a blast to ride. The bike is in excellent condition and has been well taken care of. It starts easily and runs like a top. The tires are practically new. The motor does not smoke and the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. There are a couple very small chips in the paint. As pointed out in the pictures below there is one at the tip of the rear fender and another on the right side of the gas tank just above the tank badge. Though there is a small amount of surface rust on the headlight and a few scratches in the chrome, overall the paint and chrome is in exceptional condition. These imperfections are minor at best; I'm simply trying to fully and honestly illustrate the condition of the bike. I have a clear Pennsylvania title in hand. The bike has no warranty and is being sold as is. The buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements and paying shipping costs. It may also be picked up locally should the buyer prefer to do so. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks.
