Hi and thanks for stopping in. Today we have, for "No Reserve" auction, a very clean and well maintained, 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis GS with only 37,901 miles. The miles may be slightly higher at the time of delivery. The gray interior is in very good condition. There are no burns, rips, tears or odors. The, "ice blue", metallic, exterior is in good condition has a great shine. There is some scuffing on the bumper edges. I have driven this car, personally, and the 4.6L engine feels strong and the, automatic, transmission shifts just like it should. The front center cap will be replaced before pick up. The 2003 Grand Marquis receives a number of updates. The most important ones are hidden. A new full-perimeter frame uses strong, lightweight hydroformed steel sections for the front rails to improve frontal and offset crash performance. Redesigned frame crossmembers and new optional side impact airbags improve side impact crash performance. Additionally, the new frame -- combined with a redesigned independent front suspension and new monotube shock absorbers at all four wheels -- contributes to a smoother, more controlled ride and improved handling. For 2003, Grand Marquis has standard antilock brakes and traction control; fold-away, power-adjustable and heated outside mirrors, and a storage pouch in the driver's seat.
