very nice car but not perfect . runs and drives excellent . 95 mustang gt motor installed. only 65,000 on motor . some nicks and dings on body k e y scratch on drivers door . 97 cobra wheels . air blows cold .no rust .paint looks great . tires have 5000 miles and are good . clutch is new . 700 dollar exhaust.3 inch exhaust . all power options work . not new but a very nice used convertible . clean title nice car.call chris 61229 60700 with questions. no reserve . will sell . don't miss it . hard to find a convertible this nice for this price .On Sep-22-10 at 11:49:18 PDT, seller added the following information: i am getting requests for more details here they are-i think the exhaust is a 3 inch magna-flow.the clutch is new last year(less than 5000 miles)the airbag lite has been on since we bought it ,has not caused us any concerns.the tires also have 5000 miles on them and are in very good shape.the top is excellent and works and fits with minimal leakage through the carwash.(a few drops at most)the electric top motor works perfect.the cobra wheels are real and are good but not new(they are 13 years old and look better than 95% of anyone elses) Because of the 6 cylinder to 5.0 GT conversion the rear end has very tall gears and the car will almost hit 60 in second gear 80 in 3rd 105 in 4th and tops out well over 140.And just a side note,it really sounds nice when shes winding up through the gears.The obvious side benefit of this is that it gets unusually good mileage for a musclecar.the only reason we are selling it is because we dont want to store it this winter(we have stored in winter during the time we owned it)and i bought a 4 wheel drive to replace it.i am a licensed minnesota dealer but this was my personal car and was washed and waxed with rain-x applied no less than 2 times each week.it does not leak anything or burn anything.So,as i said this is a nice car that is not perfect but for the money i doubt you will find a cleaner convert.
