1940 Ford Standard Tudor I have found myself with two beautiful '40 Fords and am going to sell one of them. I have decided to list my black '40 Standard first. The car is rust free and arrow straight. Photos don't show just how nice the paint is. It looks a mile deep when looking into it. In fact, it made it hard to take photos without my reflection being the main thing you see. Floors, frame etc all look excellent as well. The bright red interior accents the classic hot rod black exterior. The body has not been modified and is basically still original. Under the hood however, you will find a nicely built Flathead V8 mill. It comes dressed with an Offenhauser Super dual carb intake, dual Holley 94 carbs, Isky cam, finned aluminum Offenhauser heads, electronic ignition, dual exhaust etc. The transmission is a 3 speed manual and it has stock juice brakes. Tires and wheels are brand new. The steel wheels have been powder coated gloss black and the tires are new Coker wide white wall radials. The interior is basically stock but has been covered in a beautiful red vinyl (I think it is called Leatherette). All chrome and trim looks new and the car has been converted over to a 12 volt system. As you will see in my photos, the car is super clean inside and out. In some of the photos you will see my other '40 Ford. It is a Tudor Deluxe with almost an identical drivetrain but it sits a lot lower. More info is available on it as well. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours with full payment due within 7 days of the auctions end. Naturally, the car will not be released until funds have cleared my bank.
