This car, because of excellent condition of the body and the correctness of all the parts makes this a wonderful restoration candidate or a fantastic hot rod. I have taken some time to go through this car so that I would not misrepresent any information. This is a California 1965 Plymouth Barracuda roller that I acquired from the original owners family. This car is in excellent condition minus the issues I will describe. Here are the details as I know them. The owner started to restore this vehicle when it was given to him by his mother in law (I met her) and she was the original owner. He began a restoration about 16 years ago and then had a family, lost interest and the car has been stored since. He had what little body work needed to be done completed and the car repainted All pieces were removed and the paint that was done at that time was excellent (I saw those photos as well). The paint has been scuffed by the car cover and just time in general, so a repaint is necessary. The body is in excellent condition. There are a few very, very small areas that need to me addressed as far as body work goes (1 to 2 days max) before it could be repainted, 2 areas on the Rt. wheel well less than the size of a quarter, 1 small dent on the Rt. Quarter panel, 2 small quarter sized dents on the roof and 2 small quarter sized areas on roof (see photos of all below). New chromed bumpers and some of the trim is still in the wrappers. As far as I can tell, the chrome and the trim is complete and in pretty good shape and I do have the rear window as well. There are many more details that can be discussed about this car but for the most part you just do not find cars of this vintage in this kind of condition.
