Vehicle Detail

That's right; this Buick was equipped with FULL HYDRAULICS when I bought it, back in the day. Pumps, relays, hydraulic cylinders, switches, and a trunk full of batteries. I laughed so hard, when I watched it dance, that I just HAD to buy it! At the time, it had green neons underneath, and a full sound system. What a spectacle! It looks like a movie car that Cheek and Chong would have driven, somewhere in southern California. To make it "HOP" again, you'll need to buy batteries, and recondition the pump motors in the trunk. She's been sitting in the approximate same place, for nearly 15 years, right in my lower driveway. I have periodically started the 455; replaced the starter; rebuilt the quadrajet, and checked her anti-freeze. NICE sounding motor, completely stock, except for the Flowmasters, that sound perfect on this Buick. Check out the chain steering wheel, and the custom interior; which besides needing a good cleaning, is still rather nice. Yeah, it's just sitting here slowly rusting through the custom bodywork. SAVE this BABY, PLEASE! I do not have time to do it justice. Notice the frenched antenna and the doors without handles on the outside. You're going to need new "door poppers", as thats why there's a wire poking out the gap, to open it from the outside. The turbo400 is OK, but the driveshaft has seen better days, due to the nature of this car's use. I have a clear title, which will be "mileage exempt" due to the age. The Buick has "knock off spinner hubs", but the wire wheels and tires have gotten rough, by sitting outside too long. Actually, I priced them new, and they're not that expensive. No sound system remains, but the package tray in this beast has been prepped to handle some BIG woofers, to get you "on the meter" The A/C is all there, but the compressor is bad. Use your imagination here. Read the "Low Rider" magazines. PRICE one of these in finished condition! Not CHEAP. Buy mine, and have a ton of fun, and fix it back up, and enjoy some HUGE upside monetary potential, IF you can EVER stand to part with it, once you experience the "HOP ROUTINE"! Again, I have placed a low reserve on her, so let's "git er done"!On Sep-15-10 at 00:35:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Like I said, LOW RESERVE. Don't quit now, you're close!
