For sale is my 85 Toyota Mr2, 5 speed manual transmission. 260k miles, Engine was rebuilt 3 years ago, and has about 30k miles on it. I've owned this car since 1986, and have done all the work on it. Engine has been rebuilt with new bearings, oil seals, piston rings, water and oil pumps, timing belt and tensioner, freeze plugs and fuel injectors. Recently replaced fuel tank, fuel pump and fuel sending unit. Other replacements have been, ignition igniter, wheel bearings, clutch master and slave cylinders, brake pads, 5th gear and syncro, and new speedo and parking brake cables.. Interior is in great shape for a 25 yr old car, exterior has very little rust, does have a bondo'ed rear fender where I got scraped in the snow. I fixed and primed it and just let it go at that. could be totally refinished, no problem. Overall, this car is pretty sound and would't be afraid to drive it coast to coast . It's still a daily driver for me because of the great gas mileage I get with it. I just have 2 other vehicles so something needs to go.
