Vehicle Detail

************************************ PRICE REDUCED **************************************** This 1989 Mustang is almost street-able, it is about 95% complete to be ready for a road test. I bought this cobra-clone about a year and a half ago. It was a daily driver for about six months. I have spent about a year installing a new engine, transmission, and a whole lot of money, fabrication, and time have gone into the build. The build includes the following . . . . 5.0 Block, cleaned, inspected, and bored out (60 over) at Stan Mizells shop in Jacksonville Fl New bearings (crank and cam), freeze plugs, and new seals Crankshaft turned, with new bearings Forged pistons, and rods (pop up w/flycut) molly rings World pro sport heads, ported and polished, new valves w/oversized exhaust for better scavenging Double valve springs Roller rockers 1.6 ratio w/ forged push-rods Trickflow stage 2 roller camshaft, and aftermarket timing gears GT40 tubular upper/lower intake manifold BBK 70 mm throttle body Blue top 24 pound injectors New Billet distributor & MSD components Electric water pump, and 1900 CFM radiator fan Accessory brackets from 94 T-bird (clear water pump for easy access) Shorty hedders Racing 4core alum. radiator Dual oil filter remote setup with oil cooler New motor mounts Remote battery setup AOD transmission, cheetah shift kit, 2800 stall converter, and trans cooler, with 3.55 LS differential B&M ratchet shifter NOS bottle, and kit (new in box) FULL 5 lug conversion w/american racing black wagon wheels 15x8 front, 15x10 rear(295/50/15 tires) New tie rods, front disk, spindles, and bearings upon 5 lug convert New aftermarket headlights MANY MORE PARTS INCLUDED UPON TIME OF SALE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The mustang is almost ready to be road tested. The electrical cooling system is up and running directly from battery, just needs temperature control relays installed, I have several kits that will be included at the time of sale. Kits include temperature sensors, relays, and wiring needed to operate the pump and fan. . B&M ratchet shifter needs to be mounted , and transmission linkage needs adjusting for optimal operation. About 5 hours of labor should be needed to work out the bugs, and get the mustang driving. Starts up and idles, great sounding motor!! The motor has been ran, and broke in properly. Video clips courtesy of You tube . . . . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6rtzH6kA0zQ&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pzF9uWzYdw&feature=related IMPORTANT NOTES : I just recently discovered a short somewhere in the steering column/ignition key that cuts off the motor. The front wheels & tires are mounted, BUT, the front tires are to tall and wide hence are hitting the fenders. Shorter tires will be needed (front only) Some rust has accumulated under rear hatch window, and base of antenna see picture. Front clip has been altered due to damage from road kill see picture. Vehicle is for local pickup only NO WARRANTY
