*** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FUNDS IN ORDER AND KNOW WHAT SHIPPING WILL COST BEFORE BIDDING !!!***EMAIL ME AND I CAN GIVE YOU A QUOTE ON SHIPPING FROM MY DOOR TO YOUR DOOR********************** PLEASE READ THE AD FULLY!!!************************ This is for a VERY NICE,SOLID,Beautiful, Old Survivor, 1958 Cadillac Series 62 4 door hardtop Short deck Sedan DeVille.This is all original,virtually rust FREE, TRUE BARN FIND.This car has led a very pampered and sheltered life.This car has 62811 Original miles and has been kept inside almost all of its life.It was a one owner car up until 1995 and then the second owner owned it until I bought it earlier this year.I have a title from 1995 showing 46K miles.So the miles are right as far as I can tell.There is also several old oil change stickers that back this up also.The car still has the original owners card under the hood,still intact.I have a copy of the original window stiker.The car was sold new on April 19, 1958.It cost 5652.75 in 1958.It is a Beautiful pastal Daphne Blue.The interior chrome trim looks new.The radio hums but will not play.The steering wheel is perfect and the center cap/horn ring still looks New.The Car has a Cadillac dealer installed,underdash, A/C unit that still works and Blows COLD.The car has power windows,power seat,power brakes,and power steering.Every option and light on the car still works.The tail light lens are in great shape.The front power windows are smooth and fast the rear ones work but are slow.All Glass is excellent!!All the Glass is excellent.All the original weatherstripping is like still in very good shape even the window fuzzies are in great shape.The carpet is original and still in descent shape.The trunk is in excellent shape with NO rust.Even the original mat,jacking instructions,jack and factory wooden chock are still in place.Even the paperboard linning is still in remarkable condition.The doors still open and shut like new.the original keys still works all the locks perfectly.The body is very straight and is very solid.Other than the surface rust around the trim,There is no rust thru on the car ,with the exception of a small spot on the drivers side,below the rear lower dog leg, on the rocker.This is a easy fix.There is NO rust in the door jamb.The car has been repainted only once and ther was NO body work done,but as you can see it could use a repainting again,to spiff it up.The car has surface rust around the Chrome,but there is NO rust thru.The chrome on this car is amazing!! It is all in Great shape.The bumpers are still very nice and all the stainless is just about perfect.The rear bumper is in Great shape with the exception of a small ding on the center section.Keep in mind this is a original,and baisicaly unrestored 52 year old car.The Motor is original and runs excellent.The car cranks right up.There are NO noise,no ticks,no smoke at all.Even the carb is still good.The exhaust is still excellent and very quiet.I replaced the fuel pump.The trans shifts fine.The steering is very tight and the car has NO rattles at all.The trans fluid is very clean.The power steering is effortless.The brakes are Excellent and all 5 tires (including the spare)are like New.All in all this will make a Beautiful car with a nice,quality repaint.The photos on this one speak for themselfs!!!!******See my other items for sale.I can arrange to have it delivered for you,if you like.Email for a Quote!!
