NOT RUNNING 7.3 diesel from a 1987 International school bus Allison trans the cores of these alone are worth something not sure of the problem but was parked a couple of years ago and never started possible injector pump ? A nice 440 might be the answer real solid no rust underneath or floors some minor on front quarters
