1998 TDI Jetta 5 Speed average of 44 miles per gallon I bought for my daughter thincking she wood be able to learn how to drive stick but she is unable or scard. I had to replace the front wheel bearings when I bought it . Car runs great.The prevous owner told me they had the timing belt changed at 218000 miles so it sould have another 30000 miles before it needs to be changed agian.
