For sale is an extremely clean, slick and straight 1966 convertible Chevelle SS 396. This car has the power top(which works great, with the factory up/down switch located at the bottom of the dash), 12 bolt rear, Muncie four speed transmission and comes with the clear original dealer envelope that includes the Protect-O-Plate, service records, owners manual, GM accesories book and the convertible top manual which is original to this SS 396 beauty, delivered to the original owner, July 11, 1966. Underneath is extremely solid and clean with absolutely no issues. Car has dealer installed accessories that would be impossible to find today. Factory "F" code Marina Blue. Engine bay is highly detailed including powdercoated GM factory exhaust manifolds. Car is very solid, runs, drives, sounds and looks unbeleiveable. Interior is very correct, dash and instrument panel are original, as are the seat belts, everything works. Chrome is in excellent condition. Get in, sit down and enjoy 1966. Drive or show. Not an assembly of reproduction parts, investment grade vehicle.
